This is a lambic in the Gueze style. It's really fresh with a slightly sour aftertaste reminiscent of sherry. You can also find notes of champagne and rhubarb.

Lindemans are world-renowned for their lambics, a special Belgian type of beer that is fermented by the wild microorganisms that are in the area around Brussels.
