Thiolized Motueka (DIPA)

A clear, fully attenuated Double IPA showcasing Motueka in every possible form and at every stage of the brewing process. The backbone is the Mega Motueka blend, enhanced with Phantasm to unlock additional layers of intense fruity aromatics. It’s supported by classic T90 pellets and Motueka Hop Kief extract. We added hops everywhere — in the mash, first wort, boil, whirlpool, hot wort in the tank, during active fermentation, and even into the finished beer. The result is an aromatically explosive yet fundamentally straightforward IPA that doesn’t pretend to be anything else. Clean, dry, and unapologetically hop-forward — Motueka pushed to the limit.
