Los Lobos Globus Loco (DIPA)

For our 7th Anniversary we teamed up with Oso Brew Co. from Madrid in Spain, to brew Hazy DIPA called Los Lobos Globus Loco!! We're testing out a new experimental hop from Yakima in this one, one that neither of us has used before, called HBC 638. It supposedly can give flavors of everything from classic floral & grapefruit, to more modern nuances like mango, pineapple, banana, cherry, strawberry, and cantaloupe! We have given HBC 638 a supporting cast of Citra & Krush (T90 & Cryo) to really emphasize the modern flavors!
