Edelstein (Pilsner)

Extra Pilsner: Edelstein is our newest pilsner in the Extra-series - a series of dry-hopped German-style Pilsners. It is hopped & dry-hopped with Saphir and Diamant, which are two modern German hops that exhibit rather classic aromas of grass, citrus, floral and spicy, but are somewhat more impactful than the Noble hops.

Extra Pilsner: Edelstein is dominated by the zesty, fresh and vibrant aromas coming from Diamant and Saphir hops - fresh cut grass, bergamot, floral notes and a light herbal edge. It carries a light and crispy malt backbone with notes of fresh baked bread and honey - with a bitterness that keeps you wanting the next sip.
