The agreements are concluded in Danish.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.dinol.dk. Entrepreneurs do not have the right of withdrawal.
Payment and delivery
We accept payment with Dankort, Maestro, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard debit card, Visa, Visa debit.
The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched.
The prices are stated in Danish kroner. On top of the price, the price for shipping is added unless you wish to pick up your order in the store. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. There may be a payment fee is imposed.
We currently only deliver to Denmark, and with GLS as freight service.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase without reason within 14 days.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the item has been delivered, or handed over to you or a representative for you.
If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs 14 days from when you or a representative receives the last item.
In the event that the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the next working day.
How to use your right of withdrawal
You regret by notifying us that you regret. We recommend that you send us an e-mail in which you write that you regret your purchase. You can also send a letter.
You can use the law's standard cancellation form cancellation form , but it is not mandatory. The cancellation form can be found at the end of the order confirmation.
The cancellation is valid as long as it is sent before the deadline has expired. It is therefore important that you can document exactly when the cancellation was sent.
Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send the item back to Sønder Boulevard 131 kl tv, 1720 Kbh V without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Goods cannot be sent per cash on delivery or without distribution and you must pay for the item to be returned yourself.
No right of withdrawal
These purchases cannot be undone:
- Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
- Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Refund of the money in case of cancellation
In the event that you regret your purchase, we will refund all the payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs . However, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until you have documented that the goods have been sent back.
We will complete the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing of the product and packaging
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods..
You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or cannot in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price after return, you must count on us to deduct the decrease in value in that amount , you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product
If you have purchased an item that turns out to be defective or defective, you are protected by the Purchase Act.
You have a 24-month right to complain, provided you make a complaint within a reasonable time (within 2 months after you have discovered the error or deficiency).
If the complaint is justified and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the item, we will refund your shipping costs, provided that they are reasonable.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for the shipment. Save your postal receipt with information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
When you shop with us, we use the following information: Name, address, telephone number. and e-mail.
We only register and pass on the personal data that is necessary for us to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Hos Rune and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to find out what information we process about you. If you believe that the information about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
