Siam (Rice Lager)

We have teamed up with Samata Brewing from Bangkok in Thailand to brew Siam, a Thai-inspired Rice Lager! This Rice Lager features a very similar grist to our West Coast Pilsners, just with the addition of flaked rice, making it even paler and more crisp. It features a hotside hop addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and warm whirlpool with Lemongrass & Kaffir Lime Leaves. To complement the flavors of the Lemongrass & Kaffir, we added a dose of Krush hops as well, for its tropical herb nuances and a touch of more modern tropical fruitiness. This is going to be a real summer crusher!
