Monument is a strong Wild Ale with a beautiful golden colour, When maturation ended it was spiced and cold hopped to elevate it further. Brewed to enjoy on its own, or perhaps enjoy with dark meats or cheeses.
This version of Monument was matured for 14 months on barrels from Geuzerie Tilquin.
