Ostara (Irish Stout)

This is our take on the iconic Irish stout — smooth, creamy, and endlessly drinkable, but with just enough edge to stand apart. Crafted with a blend of six hand-picked specialty malts from Ireland and the UK, Ostara delivers rich depth, roasted complexity, and a whisper of sweetness.
To balance it all, we finish with a clean bite of bitterness, using soft traditional varieties of hops plus for a subtle, engaging hop character that lingers just long enough to invite another sip. Road tested in our 8 Irish bars, this beer is built for sessions.
