| Bush de Noël is a fantastic, deep and complex beer. Without the addition of spices or other flavourings, Brasserie Dubuisson manages to enhance the taste of Christmas, through caramelized barley malt and hops. The beer contains 12.0% alcohol and goes fantastically with good Christmas food, stews or for deep thoughts in the evening. The name Bush de Noël is a tribute to the French Christmas cake 'Bûche de Noël', which is a beautiful French Christmas cake that looks like a tree trunk. It consists of cocoa roulade with whipped cream and a creamy chocolate ganache. ABV 12% 330 ml |
